The community pool is right outside our front door. There are dedicated hours where you could enjoy lap swimming and water aerobic classes. The area is packed full of great walking trails, including some that are right beside The Lodge.
The fitness center in the Old Trail Village Center has fitness equipment for nearly every type of workout. The director will provide personalized programs and instruct residents in proper techniques and use of equipment. Classes in yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi can help improve balance and flexibility. You’re never too old to learn something new!
