ACAC in the Old Trail Village Center has fitness equipment for nearly every type of workout. People of every age and physical ability can benefit from a regular exercise program. And now to help our residents stay in shape fitness instructors from the ACAC are coming to The Lodge, offering advanced and basic fitness classes to one and all.

Inside The Lodge at Old Trail, health and wellness programs are carefully designed to help you age well. Aging is a reality of life. The Lodge’s fitness and therapy team will provide personalized programs and instruct residents in proper techniques and use of equipment. Classes in Cardio, Yoga, Interval Training and Pilates can help improve balance and flexibility. You’re never too old to learn something new! Aging well can be a choice.
